There was a white lady manager/supervisor that was initially very friendly and offered a drink. But then suddenly gave a nasty attitude when I declined the drink.Other than that this location has what you need to order pods

We were visiting family in the area and we stopped by Bloomingdales and happened upon the Nespresso Boutique. It was clean, spacious, and really well organised. The staff were all so friendly and patient with our many, many questions. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

This is NOT a Nespresso ‘Boutique!’ This is a Bloomingdales that sells Nespresso machines. They do NOT sell coffee pods for Nespresso here. They will order them for you, but you don’t have to drive to White Plains for that, you can do it from your phone! The Bloomingdales website makes it seem as though you can purchase Nespresso here, and the information on Google maps implies it, but it is most certainly not the case. Repeat: They only sell MACHINES here, NOT the CAPSULES.
