Very lazy and rude employees. Even if the place is busy, they didn't acknowledge any of the waiting customers or say they'll be with us shortly. They completely ignored everyone and many of us were waiting more than half an hour in line before we gave up and left, realizing they were purposely avoiding serving us.

Love this place! Skip Starbucks and come here for the terrific coffee and great tea selection (blueberry iced has been my favorite). They also have wine and music in the evenings. Cute little outdoor seating area too.

This is not good coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and it is just a big cup of hot milk and espresso. There is no foam whatsoever and wayy too much milk for a cappuccino- you can’t even taste the coffee at all. It’s also almost boiling hot? I don’t know what’s going on back there with the baristas, but this is not how you make a cappuccino… I can’t believe I paid money for this?

Best Tea Shop around. Love the Green Tea Ginger Twist! It's so much more than just tea! Besides tea and coffee, they also offer a great selection of wine. Must try!

My favorite local coffee shop. I would rather go here and support a local business than go across the street to Starbucks any day! My favorites are an iced caramel latte with oat milk (absolutely the best) or an iced matcha with oat milk. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming!

Best. damn. Matcha. latte.Seriously the tastiest one I've ever had and the blueberry muffin warmed up * chef's kiss*

Excellent coffee and service. Fan of the Foggy London and Lattes.Management pls allow for digital tipping! My wife and I come here several times a week and do not usually carry cash and want to tip your hard working staff.

Very disappointed. When you have a great product, but your employees are lazy and refuse to serve an espresso drink at 6:10 pm because you are closing at 7. (After me and another customer was waiting for 2/3 minutes at the completely e pry store, while the two ladies were chatting in the back. We could have taken few nice bottle of Pinot Grigio.)No problem! Across the street at the book store there’s a Starbucks.Wanted to support local business, instead of the big corporations… I wish I could, but the small business prefers to walk down the road of bankruptcy.Never gonna try again getting a white chocolate mocha from this place , however it’s delicious.

Not worth the wait. Waited 20 minutes for a matcha green tea... I worked at a cafe before and it does not take that long to make... when my order was finally ready the barista slammed it down on the counter and did not say anything. I asked if this was mine and she said "yeah" in the most rude tone. I would never expect anyone to talk to a customer that way and was taken aback. I would have expected a sorry and thank you for your patience.

Staff are excellent. Coffee and pastries are great.Management: Please add a toaster oven, a microwave leaves pastries soggy and unpalatable.
