Our party of four left a nearby restaurant because the service was bad. We decided to give El Poblano a try. It was 6:30 on a Wednesday evening and business was light. Upon entering the restaurant we were so pleasantly surprised. The room is colorfully decorated with the feel of a Mexican cantina. The serving staff was friendly and accommodating. While we were there the place started to fill up, but the staff easily handled the customers. Chips and salsa were immediately brought to the table. We then split a Jack Cheese Quesadilla. For our entrees we had a Pollo Burrito (huge), shrimp tacos, Camarones (shrimp)Mexicana, and Chicken Fajitas (large portion). Everything was really delicious. Will definitely return.
Food is ok, Price are fair, but the service is trash and the time too. They include the tip in your check and they don’t even let you know. And for the service that they give you it’s not worth 18%
Food is delicious here, I’ve been going to that restaurant with my family and friends for over 5 years. Their customer service is amazing and they are quick!!! I would highly recommend this place
Food is good. Being charged 26$ for each margarita is no good. And being charged 18% gratuity when you don’t even give good service?! No thanks. I’ll go somewhere else.

My sister and I came her for happy hour and ordered 2 margarita and 2 mojitos. The waitress didn't specify that those weren't going to be happy hour drinks she gave it to us in different glasses that didn't count I guess. I felt like I just got scammed out of 30$.
One of my favorite Mexican restaurants! Everything I ever had from the menu was delicious. I highly recommend for take out, dine in small and large groups.
Great food & drink, staff has always been very friendly.
Food is great, no complaints about that, the only thing that bother me was when i order drinks and it took about 20 minutes while i saw other people that came after us got their drinks right away, was not going to leave tip but did not realized that it was already to be included a nice % based on what we consumed, just sad that some people don't care about customer service and in my opinion restaurants should not just include the tip based on the amount you pay. I still think that person did not deserved the big tip.
