I enjoy going to the this location. The staff are friendly and helpful regarding any questions you may have.
Took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, while it was not busy and there were workers passing by. Hash browns were the worst I've had. Overcooked and tasted like meat and cheese ? Cold brew was good.
No small hot chocolate at this location, just a box of hot chocolate.
Better Dunkin than most I've been. Mari and Grace, along with their fellow crew members always take care of me. Their Manager Darwin keeps that place running tip top.

Saturday afternoon at 3pm was really busy for some reason. They need another cashier behind the counter. Everyone working seemed very overwhelmed and tried to get everyone on their way as fast as possible but it created mistakes and misunderstandings. I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for a black coffee.
Usually I really love Dunkin, it’s my favorite place to go. And as a cat, you know I love my milk. However this time I went to this Dunkin and the woman that was helping me had a attitude. She didn’t like my ice cream choices for my milkshake. WHAT? Seems ridiculous, but she really was mean and barely wanted to help me. Was it my FUR? THE FACT THAT I HAVE PAWS? Not sure, but whatever it was it made it a very very poor experience. Will not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.

I like there is a Baskin Robbins in this Dunkin, and the drive thru makes my life much easier. Looking forward to having seating area back again (Indoor seating area is closed due to Covid).
