The staff is super friendly. My only question is why you don't give your staff time off on New years dunkin.

Great place to get your coffee the way you want it. The staff are exceptional. One time I walked in 5 minutes after they closed and the lady was happy to assist me. Great customer service.
The manager is great, he works six days a week and always has a smile on. He remembers so many people's names it is surprising and impressive
Always short staffed in the afternoons and usually 1 person taking orders, making orders and food. Long wait times
