I loved the fact that this branch is 24 hrs.But when you order a simple iced latte, and wait for 15 minutes while all next customers got their orders and when I finally ask them they simply oh we will make it now and voila in 30 seconds the iced latte is done. I go to my car and put it in the holder, after driving for a couple of minutes and picking up my latte the cup is empty and the coffe is all in my cup holder! The cup was defected somewhere in the bottom and they had to replace my coffe. The hassle was not worth it.
I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts Mon-Fri and get the same thing every single day, how someone manages to mess up the same part of the order is really beyond me. Now I’ve let it slide because it’s not really a big deal, now what IS A BIG DEAL, is the attitude that you receive. This morning, i wish i would grabbed her name, she decided to toss my bag to me on the counter, then when i take me bag she proceeded to give me a dirty look. When i ask if there’s something that needs to be said she tells me that i need to learn how to say thank you. I come in here every morning and i say thank you and have a good day EVERY. MORNING. After a little back and forth, one of the males then tells me i need to educate myself and get the F out. I definitely believe this Dunkin donuts needs a whole new staff, with better attitudes a desire to work.
They charged my card twice. My bank said there was two charges. Now, I have to wait 10 business days, to get my money back on my card. I will never come here again.I then call the store back and , this lady continue to argue with me, and when i told her, she basically called me a liar.I won't be back. I would have given this place a zero, there is no option.
Parking is tight, staff are friendly and made me an excellent iced coffee.Parking: Careful as there is one way in and out literally.
This place received terrible reviews and now I see why. The workers are rude, lazy and combative. Dunkin Donuts is aware (previous bad reviews) and clearly do nothing to improve the situation and continue to allow their customers to be treated badly. We went to this White Plans location for coffee. Not busy at all, we ordered 2 coffees and we were given coffee that was cold. Since it wasn’t busy, that was odd so we told them, no apology but a grunt and gave us fresh coffee. Then I wait to go to bathroom. The door is locked and after standing, waiting for 5 minutes I knock but can’t hear any response as music is playing in the store. After 10+ minutes of waiting, I ask the workers if they can check the bathroom. Before I can finish my question, an employee handed me keys, clearly knowing what I need. I asked why would you make me stand there waiting knowing I need a key? To which I get the excuse they are taking care of customers. Clearly all employees saw me standing there for awhile (the place is 5 feet x 5 feet wide) and there were no more than 2 customers in 15 minutes and clearly they are not busy working as the coffee was cold, the counters were sticky, messy and garbage overflowing. Once I fished I handed the keys back to which a large, tan skinned, bearded dirty looking employee charges at me demanding the keys. As I hand them, I calmly explained when they see someone standing near the bathroom and knocking on a locked door that means they need the bathroom and I was going to suggest they put a sign so that others don’t endure what I just did. Before I can finish, I was not heard and interrupted with excuses and then he called me STUPID. I stopped and addressed it and he walked towards me and again, calling a customer names and cursing at me. The other 2 workers just stand there, staring at us, not saying anything.I cannot believe how badly and rude and lazy and disrespectful ALL the employees are in this branch. I strongly advise not to go to this establishment. They have rudest, most lazy and clearly troubled employees I have ever met in my life and if management knows this and allows this, it’s clear they don’t care about their customers!
Try the best late with almond milk not sugar, cool or hot doesn’t matter
Service at this location has been inadequate the only one that works is the supervisor no one has a smile on their face other than her.
Fast and easy. There are like 7 car parking spots, which are usually used by customers but they will clear easily too as no one stays there to eat. As it is a place for curveside pick up mornings 6:45am to 7:20am could be very busy with online orders and it may be because high schools are less than 5 minutes away, but staff works fast and in order keeping line going.
This is a beautiful Dunkin' Donuts large and very clean with a nice bathroom. There is ample parking and there is a great window to pick up and go. However, what's the point of having a beautiful place when you can't sit in it and eat and enjoy coffee and a donut. What a complete waste of space. Management here just doesn't really care and all of these particular Dunkin' Donuts in this part of Westchester do not allow seating. Why? It's utterly ridiculous. The pandemic is over. Open up and treat your customers properly.
If you use the bathroom, prepare to be walked in on. And yes, with the door LOCKED, the employees will open it and walk in, only to be yelled at & leaving it unlocked for the next customer. Beware women, men have no respect and haven’t learned to knock on a bathroom door.0 respect.
