The employee working the counter was slow to take everyone’s orders, allowed a friend to cut the line, and prepared our orders wrong.
It’s a very small shop, little space to breathe. If you’re claustrophobic, I don’t recommend visiting at all. It was empty once I entered, just 2 staff members chit chatting. I ordered a coconut+peach refresher (forgot what it was called) and frankly, it was bad. The after-taste was horrifying!!! It was more of an expired peach yogurt than anything. Hope this helped.
Very slow. A lot of the time there's only one person but even with two I wait 5 minutes to order with no one in front of me, wait another 10 to get my order, and the food is still cold. Just get coffee unless you want to waste your whole lunch break.

This Dunkin' was better than the one on Main Street around the corner. I had a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and it was delicious. My coffee was blazing hot. I just didn't understand why the garbage can is on top of the counter right next to it's sugar and things. That was my only issue when I asked her about it she just looked away and went to do her work.
Awful Service.I have never been in a Dunkin like this before. Usually employees are nice at Dunkin Donuts. I was the only client and the lady working here was in her phone barely paying attention to me. After take my order, she kept me waiting for a long. I asked after a while where is my coffee? She ignored me and later pointed where she put my coffee. Super bad service.

There is a young lady who works here who is so nice and so helpful. She really pays attention to your order. This coffee shop is better than most. Would highly recommend.
The atypical Dunkin', this location carries items others don't, service is always fast yet friendly, and the staff manages to get the orders correct every time. I truly think this is the most unique Dunkin' location, at least that my wife and I have ever patronised and will continue to do so. If you're ever in the vicinity of the Galleria mall in White Plains NY, check it out for yourselves and see.
