The service is very very bad.... please change the staff....it's a good location and you Will get so many customers. Because of the this lazy and rude staff you you will lose customers.
On saturdays they are good to go to for whatever you need. On sunday there is one dark skinned guy there that makes the coffee terrible and soupy,and the food burnt and hard
My experience was fair, however, I always have to ask for napkins at ANY Duncan Donuts! This doesn't happen at other coffee shop.
A few good employees and a few slow ones. I should not have to wait for some one to take my order because they want to congregate in the back.
Coffee ordered light and sweet with cream and got milk and barely any sugar.
I have to given this place three tries every time I go in there everybody is late to wherever they need to be waiting on coffee and or food. Every single time I am in there and someone does get their Food or drink there is something always wrong with it is the wrong order etc… I finally went in there today this was the last straw I waited 25 minutes with only three people in the place and I still did not get my sandwich as they were fixing another order they messed up on someone’s bagels with butter. It is not because they are too busy I am from the city where they are really busy No other Dunkin’ Donuts has ever been this slack these people either need to be replaced or shut this place down.
This is a great location! It's busy, so the coffee is always fresh.
Great service but please hire more people when it comes to night shifts
