Just tried to Order Beef and Broccoli with pork fried rice and egg roll! The women proceeded to sat $31.50 and i kindly said cancel the order! IDK if it was 45mi n before closing or they are out of their minds!
I order the shrimp and eggplant in garlic sauce... It was excellent. If ever go back to Whiteplanes I'll definitely go again. Gave it 4 stars because the restaurant is a little bit oudated.
Yikes! Perhaps, I ordered the wrong thing, but the prawns with chili sauce was tasteless and soupy. For the record, these were not prawns, just regular shrimp. It takes real work to mess up shrimp fried rice, but they did it.
Horrible!!!!! I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and the shrimp were opague...barely cooked...it looked as if they put the shrimp in raw...disgusting!!!! Then the Brocoli in garlic sauce was swimming in grease an improperly cooked. The egg roll was soggy
Been ordering takeout from here frequently for over three years. Always great food and ready quickly. Even their delivery is fast.
The food here used to be excellent- its gone way down hill. Be careful with sushi too.

The General Tso’s chicken was disgusting. It’s described as “chunks of white meat” when it’s actually strips of dry, gray, tendon-like chicken that is impossible to chew. The sauce has the same consistency as glue because there’s so much cornstarch in it, and it tasted like it was infused with cigarette smoke. I asked for spicy and the sauce had no spice to it at all. The broccoli tasted old. Really disappointing and I will not be ordering from here again.
Although delivery was fast and food was hot, portions were extremely small considering prices being charged per dish. A 6-in dish for dinner with lots of sauce and stale food $15. , We do not recommend; spring & vegt rolls very greasy, grease all over your fingers when pulling it out of the bag.
Love their food. Moved out of White Plains 2 and a half years ago to Northern Westchester and have not found a place like David Kings!!!!
