The ice cream here is amazing, they have so many flavors and the customer service is awesome.

My ice cream wasn’t mixed well, had gotten an everybody and they barely put a good amount of toppings even when they charged us for extras
I went in today said hi and the girl over the counter just looked at me no greeting or anything in return. The I’ve cream was good but she didn’t mix it up well but charged me 2 times for mixing my ice cream. I asked for red velvet ice cream with Oreos and crunch bar but my m&m to go on top last so I guess that’s why she double charged me. I did say anything because I didn’t wanna start an argument. She seemed scared of my presence. Need better service.
The ice cream was great! The service was just a little.. odd. I went up to the counter and expressed I’ve never been there and don’t know how it works- and she just stared at me. My friend explained how it works, and the other girl recommended something, and she made it and it was tasty! Other than the weird encounter, great place with great ice cream.

Customer service is horrible. They mess up your order and rather give you a hard time about their mess up instead of just making it right.

The second picture is where my order was placed… in the garbage. The server Arianna was very rude! The manager even worst. I got all the way home before i saw my order was messed up, i drove back for them to correct it and they refused. Terrible service!!! While waiting in line for my “new” order, another customer’s order was ruined as well. And the workers at cold stones favorite line is “I’ll just remake it for you.” Get it together !!!!
The servers Arianna & Miriam had an attitude while serving my ice cream the entire time. They were rude and do not know anything about customer service
