Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff is very rude and almost always mess up orders. I was given guacamole that had gone bad on several occasions. In addition, they almost always get mobile orders wrong. The place itself is not even clean. Would never go back
as soon as we walked in we can see that all the tables were filthy and not one table was clean. The trash was full and overflowing and there was no one to throw it out so we couldn’t throw out our trash. there was no ice coming from the fountain drink dispenser and there was water coming out of the lemonade. The bathroom was not just dirty it was filthy and disgusting. The forks were everywhere and the forks seemed dirty. The chips were literally overloaded in salt and you can see the patches of salt on the chips, it was disgusting. not only this, we did not even receive napkins. this is so unfortunate because chipotles are usually clean except this very one. it seems like the workers are low on staff and they don’t do work. immediately NO.

Worst Chipotle in the area. Very inconsistent quality, always missing ingredients. The counter was wet and my burrito fell on the sidewalk after ordering from here.
Great Burritos made to Order and you can make and mix to your taste. Hot n Spicy or more Mild Meat or Chicken, Avacado, Mushroom Sauce, Tabasco. Options. We ate in plenty of seats as we were there on a Wed eve, but the line moves fast, the workers move fast and they are right downtown near Five Guys, Borders Book Store so pretty close to everywhere. Please Clean Tables!
Ran out of veges. Guy looks at me surprised when I said oh so no vege bowl .... As if ...what's the point then just rice and beans ! Duh!
Solid service. Super fast. Go above and beyond. Some new guy Matt S. Made me feel very welcomed in your store. Took the Customer service to the next level.
The staff and the food are great! The restaurant area is pretty cool looking too.
Maybe I went there on an off-day but the service was bad. Line was very long and servers were in the back chit-chatting and did not seem to be in any rush to help customers. On top of that my bowl wasn't even 3/4 full with food. Giving 3 stars but will change it higher if I have a better experience next time.
I had an issue with an order and Phillip resolved it! He was professional and customer service oriented! Thank you Phillip for the great service!
