Had mother's day dinner with family on Sunday. The food was delicious as always. We were a little nervous that the food would be rushed, or that we would be rushed because they were so busy. It was not the case at all. We were put in a small room that was perfect. Especially enjoyed the Eggplant Christopher for part of our appetizer!
Our party of four arrived on Wednesday for our 6pm reservations and were seated right on time. Bread and water was brought to the table and that was the last time we received any service. Over the next half hour we asked several times to place our order. Each time we were told “OK”. Nobody ever came to the table. No explanation that they were short servers or kitchen staff. By 6:30 we had enough and left the restaurant. Not good.
What a great night! Service was great. The food was delicious. Hubby had fried fresh calamari and rack of baby lamb chops. I had porterhouse porkchop scarpiello, the flavor was out of this world. Can't wait to go back.
This is a really pricey place, so my partner and I waited for a special occasion to reserve a dinner here. Be prepared for ordering, as most of the names of the dishes are so foreign, no description of the meals, so both of us ordered and hoped for the best (despite our limited Google options). The dessert I would recommend is the tortoni. Other than that, there are other places, but this place is worth a try.
If I could give no stars I would! This place needs to be shut down immediately. My husband and I went on a double date with a close friend of ours. At first it was great but then we started to notice they were being rude to our friends(they happened to be black people). They took extremely long getting back to them all the time but always got back to my husband and I very quickly. Once they finally got their food it didn’t look fresh at all! My friends husband and I got the exact same thing and it didn’t look the same at all. I have biracial grandchildren and I would never want to spend my husbands hard earned money with a business that handles themselves in such a poor manor! I will be telling my friends not to come here as well.
We had a family gathering. We scheduled this with them and they were fantastic. We will be back. The food, atmosphere, and drinks were great, and very reasonable prices. Service was incredible, see you soon!
I usually don’t do reviews but i had to give a special shout out to our waiter Joe. Very attentive. Really made the experience of the date go over the top. Food was amazing as well. came out quickly. I think it was great
I love their food and style - the restaurant reminds me of being it Italy. A totally no frills good restaurant - it’s such a great place to come with a big family and especially during the holidays, it was really great.
I had a small intimate party held in their private room and could not say enough great things about Buon Amici. All the food was delicious and the guest were very happy with their food. So many things to choose from and each thing was delicious. The servings were pretty big as well. The service and waiters were amazing! They quickly brought out the drinks and food we ordered and constantly came to check if we needed anything else or to take our dirty plates. I highly recommend this place for parties or just in general.
I can’t brag enough about this place.I hosted my baby shower here and they exceeded my expectations beyond what i could have prayed for.Cris was amazing from his attention to detail to his kind staff, they made this day everything and more. The food was delicious , the environment so pleasant , again i can’t brag enough and i can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work! They really make you feel like family. Everything you guys did i am so appreciative of! Thank you a million times!
