We were seated promptly. The waiter was very nice. Our food and drinks were served in a timely fashion. We would've gotten a second round of drinks but the waiter really didn't come back to check on us.
Well service is just bad , drinks took long ,and my ufo canned beer was put in my glass,no one wears gloves and they touched my can and put it in my glass, covid with a beer! Wings were great as always! Still gave 30 percent tip on a hope that my waitress gets it togethor or finds a new paycheck, also why is paint peeling off walls , franchise owners need to investigate this establishment. HOOTERS A HOUR A WAY ROAD TRIP!!!!!
I usually come to this place very frequently always a pleasant dining experience unfortunately not the case tonight I go in there with 4 other people and expect to be greeted by a host… wrong after waiting at least 20 minutes finally decided to get the attention of an employee she then proceeded to tell me there is no host and that she could seat us you would think it would be right away right ? Wrong she then proceeds to say there is nothing available.. Mind you we’ve seen about 4 to 5 parties leaving… dirty tables that could be cleaned up so other people could sit but no that’s not what happened then waited another 15 minutes before deciding to leave and go to another location. Severely disappointed with the service tonight
Was thinking about getting wings all day at work. Ordered carry out, and had the 15 piece boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. $ 38 something i was hungry. Got back to hotel which is around the corner and sat down to watch the nascar truck race. Smelled really good. Took a bite of my chicken and was unable too chew as it was so dry and hard. Like it was microwaved to death then covered with sauce. Oh well i still had my mozzarella sticks. Took a fork, just the way i eat sticks, and a bunch of water squirted out. They were cold and not cooked, again like they were microwaved. So 38 dollars was put in the trash. Thank you for ruining my dinner.
we made a reservation for a party for 8:30 for last night (saturday 5/14) and when we got there the hostess told us they have another group our table and we'd have to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting somebody in our party went in to go talk to her about when we would be able to sit and she showed him the table that we were supposed to sit at where people were still sitting for hours not eating anything, was being rude to him, then he proceeded to ask to speak to a manager and she told him no and just walked away from him. 15 minutes later as a few people from our party were waiting inside while the rest of us were waiting outside they told us they had just left and the table would be ready after they cleared the tables in which they proceeded to give away our table AGAIN as we were standing right there.Finally they just made up a new table for us after 45 minutes of waiting even though we had a reservation. We had the reservation for 8:30 and didn't get sat until 9:15 and just received horrible customer service from this hostess. It was just the worst experience. The ONLY reason i'm giving it 3 starts is because our waitress was amazing. Super nice and interactive with our party and very attentive to our needs.
The food is usually very good their but that night the wrap was mostly lettuce they didn't sit people right of way just let them stand their and didn't approach many walked out they were probably short handed but should of approached customers and told them. The bartender could of helped in between filling orders was on his phone checking his text. I would go back again because they are usually on top of everything.
Absolutely the worst dining experience.When we walked in, there was no host and no employees in sight. We decided to choose a table and sit down hoping some would finally acknowledge us.After selecting our table, a staff member with a clipboard came over and told us we couldn’t sit there and needed to move, but did not escort us to an alternate table. We moved 3 times until our positioning was approved.After waiting 10 minutes for water, we placed our order and waited another 45 minutes until the manager happened to walk past us. We told him we had been waiting and a waiter brought out our order shortly after. (It was cold of course).Then! The manager appeared with a duplicate order about 5 minutes later and started to blame US for this mix up in the kitchen. This man tried so hard to gaslight us into thinking we asked for 2 orders of the same thing.To top it off, we never got a refill of our 10-minute-wait waters. Needless to say, don’t go here until management changes.
No one takes initiative to seat their guests even after they noticed you have been waiting for 15-20 minutes. Once seated, it takes the waiter another 20 minutes to take your order. Ordered a draft drink and it wasn't given to me until the main course came out, even after reminding the waiter that I was still waiting for my drink several times. Horrible experience, do not recommend.
The place was nice, the food was tasty and the servers were friendly. I like the set up they have here, if I get a chance to come back I definitely will.
