Good coffee compared to Dunkin and Starbucks.
Good donuts, great coffee,Terrible staff.They were extremely rude when i ordered more than 2 donuts for a small social gathering. And they only let you use one coupon at a time which was mildly upsetting.The final nail in the coffin for me was when i ordered a dozen donuts via Postmates in 2019, and they only sent one donut. Then they refused to fix the order. I was appalled that they wouldn't fix my order the way i ordered it. And with a nasty attitude.Your staff is toxic and that's where your review was deducted 4 stars.And now that there's multiple Tim Hortons on Long Island, don't expect my business again. You gave me a terrible impression and your done. Goodbye.
I'm not sure what's going on with their coffee but it's absolutely terrible and doesn't taste like Tim Hortons coffee at all. Perhaps they need to descale their machines? Better donuts than dunking but that's about it.

Dine in is NOT available. This is a gas station. They didn’t have everything on a typical Tim Hortons menu like certain sandwiches and hashbrowns but I was told that they would start serving those two days from now. The food I did get was delicious, the coffee was great, and the customer service was top-notch.
Told us the donuts were fresh and they turned out to be rock hard.
