The food arrived fast and the Korean cauliflower was tasty. However, the seating was horrible, the older woman didn’t greet or give a wait time to new arrival’s.The waitress thought it was smart to round up my total and refused to return my exact change after I paid for my order.The salted caramel cheesecake was delectable
This is one of our fav restaurants. But this was first time we had dinner at this branch. Unfortunately it became a bad memory. When the waiter was serving water, somehow it spilled on us. We are not sure how it happened. Either he dropped the class or may be it just fell. Anyway.. right after that, the waiter got vanished. He didn’t say sorry or didn’t come to clean up the space. After long time other waiter and Manager came to clean up. Their attitude was not nice too. Since it was family dinner, we tried not to make it a big deal. And the last part, the food came too late! We were really hungry. Kids were cranky. We had to wait and wait for the food. It never happened in our previous experience in Cheesecake Factory.We loved the service and food at other branches. Definitely we will go to other branch, but not this one.I feel bad that none of them asked what happened or showed any concerns as if it was our fault.
Even thought the service was great the food was not as good as it use to be. However because the people were so nice I would still give 4 stars.
DISASTER!! Went back after few months to give it a shot and that’s what we get!! PicturesRice rice rice rice!!! Bang bang chicken shrimp was horrible ..so sweet like you’re eating a dessertLower plate was mine ordered carne asada steak you can see what steak I got and quantity of rice and corn ..literally whole plate was filled with rice rice rice and corn
Very nice. Came on a Saturday with no reservation. Was able to be seated rather quickly. Party of 2. Environment was very nice. Had 2 servers as change of shift happened. Both were very pleasant. Food was good. Definitely enjoyed my cucumber lemonade. Food was also very tasty. Will more than likely return again
Amazing food and desserts to die for!My husband and I celebrated yesterday and we dined in at The Cheesecake Factory.It was amazing.I had the Korean BBQ chicken and he had the Baja Toco. The portions were huge. For dessert, we had the Oreo cheesecake and it was heavenly.Great service!!
HONEST REVEIW. I was so happy that I was able to eat some fusion foods and they tasted great. The only thing was that the food took a long time to come and our waitress was all over the place. Either way it was all worth it because I was able to enjoy the food afterwards!

Food was pretty good during lunch. Our server was lovely and checked in on us frequently. We had cheesecake to go and it was divine, as expected from the Cheesecake factory. I’m always mind blown how they can have such an extensive menu. We wanted a crab dip appetizer but apparently they were out of anything containing crab, not a big deal though. It’s always a pleasant experience at the cheesecake factory.
