Upon entry, the host back was to me. After she turned around it was apparent why she wasn’t facing door, she was texting. The waitress that served me was friendly and checked back with me often encouraging me to rush.I ordered the chips and salsa.Wasn’t too excited over the taste. The entree ordered was the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp and it really didn’t have any shrimp or chicken.Just seem like my Friday experience has been much better out of state.

Had another overall poor experience at this Friday's. The mostly empty restaurant should have been my first clue. And then it dawned on me, my last time there was a poor experience as well. The server was merely going through the motions. Then my meal was dropped 1 second from being served. OK, accidents happen and a second meal was promised. Took an inordinate amount of time for that mess to be cleaned up. The cleaner was probably the most efficient worker in the whole place. Food did finally come, but remember, my other party had already finished their food. Then I ordered a beer. That took forever in an almost empty bar. The food was fine except for the macaroni and cheese which was as bland of a food item as you could ever order. I did complain about it and that was taken off the tab. Friday's used to be known for their exuberant staff and needs to return to that if they expect to survive. Will be a long time before I venture into Friday's.

We had an awesome time at this place, the food was excellent, our service by Chanel was amazing and the manager is a very nice guy. we had a very large gathering and was nicely accommodated, we will be back again thank you!

Not like it used to be. If you're gonna take ALL the art down make take the staples And old rusty nails out of the wall... just a thought.. food hardly tasted like how it used to also. So different. What a shame

It's FRIDAYS. The food was tasty. The staff were polite. And a great thing to know is that inside and out is wheelchair accessible. They have a chair lift to enter the bar and additional seating areas.

The server was pleasant and well-informed. The food is always good here, especially when you're waiting for your car to be serviced. Over all great experienced.

Went there for dinner and as we just finished paying and we're heading out, we saw MULTIPLE mice jumping the stairs and tables. The workers were nonchalant about it and didn't care whatsoever. Will be reporting to the health department...

Fridays used to be great quite a number of years ago...but no more. Hadn't been there in years, and recently met friends there. The floor was disgustingly sticky. The entire section of flooring where we sat was so sticky, our shoes were sticking to the floor. The food was, at best, mediocre. It was very salty. The menu is mostly unhealthy. Dont waste your time, money, or calories here. I won't ever be back.

Hostess kept walking into the kitchen and smoking. Not sure if it was cigarettes or vaping. Everyone could see. Not 1 person in the kitchen was wearing a REQUIRED mask as per NYS. Food was edible at best. The food we were trying to take home, we asked for a to-go container and the waiter brought one out that was actually greasier than our food. Definitely would not be going back to this location and/or restaurant chain. Would rather eat food out of my dogs bowl

The food was very good when it finally arrived. It took so long that it had to become a takeout order, the drinks my friend said was expensive, watered down! The ambiance of the place is nice but the staffing was inadequate in that their wasn't enough. Would still go back because the food was good!
