One of the worst curbside service you can get. Last week ordered curbside waited 10 minutes went inside and spoke to manager ,explained that I was waiting for ten minutes and she said they never got the order.offered to show her on their app she refused to look at it. Today I ordered curbside and again 10 minutes and went inside, the reason short Spanish blond worker told me, is that was she was by herself.my problem if you are short of staff ,why offer curbside.
On 6/30/22 i place order and I was waiting along with other people for a good 10minutes to get the foodand at that point bunch of us got upset and asked for refund. Workers in the kitchen dont have time to serve you- everyone laughing and some of them using cell phones. When you ask for menager they all pretend to be one. Worse employees if that food chain- i highly recomend to stay away from this place.
Staff isn't too nice. The drive thru menu board was blank. I told the guy and he replied "I don't control the menu." To which I inquired "How am I supposed to know what you offer?" To which he replied as monotoned as possible "Not much I can do about that".You'll never get to the Management training program with that attitude! I wasn't looking for a miracle, but a simple apology for the inconvenience would've been sufficient. It didn't get much better when I got to the windows....
This is worse McDonald's in history! The entire staff is so rude including the manager! Not only did they mess up a mobile order but when I went to correct my order they were so nasty about it half the staff doesn't speak English at all and they get mad when you don't understand what they are saying ? the point is make the customer happy so they come back! They don't want people to go back I see
False advertising on the time they close ,it says 2 am . I showed up around 134 am and he told me they closed and not taken any orders . They seem eager to turn people around so they can close early and go home smh . I don’t recommend coming to this McDonald’s at night
They don't even pick up the phone 30 mnts before the closing time its really bad
This store is very clean and the cashier that helped me was polite and friendly
They were fast and food was hot!
I'm addicted to the mocha frappes. I'd compare it to a crack head feining for crack. Plus bonus when they have the buy 1 get 1 offer on the app.
Girls at the counter were nasty, too lazy to take the order and that we must use app to order our food first. Then they would not let us inside. This is not mandated by the city. All in all I am very disappointed with this location this is the first very bad experience we've had with them. The girls at the counter should be fired!!!
