They're pretty quick at this Dunkin' donuts . You have wait to long to be helped
My order was completed as I had asked it to be and the service was fast. One of orders was a little burned and they remade it without hesitation. I think this is the best dunkin in the area so far.
I had ordered ahead and didn’t get my order until 35 minutes of waiting when I received my order I noticed that 3 of my items were missing. If you are in a rush I don’t recommend this location
Recently I started getting wrong orders... I'm there 2-3 times a week in the mornings... I get different donuts than I order... Now, even though I said no sausage no bacon, I got sausage in my sandwich... According to me know, this is disrespectful, totally unacceptable but I can not go back, I'm already home
i was in hurry so i went to drive-thru and staff can not understand what i need, i repeated many times to tell them what i need and when i reached to window they still didn't get my order properly and when i said its wrong then they said sorry that somebody else order and took it back and then they offered take it for free.i think they need to improve their order taking machine at this location because i don't have any issues with any other branches or any other locations.
My parents went to get a coffee this morning and this lady didn’t want to give them what they asked for even called the cops on them. Poor customer service really rude & disrespectful !!!!
Nice, clean Dunkin. Did was prepared quickly, tasted good. I wish they had my favorite donut... :( seem a prefer donut with vanilla cream (not barian) is a rarity.
Ok in store service. But their drive thur aervive is another story. No the staff, but they really need to fix their intercom at the drive thur can't understans a word from their staff.
