This Dunkin Donuts is in a very convenient location for me. And that's the only reason why I came here more than once. Because the customer service from every employee is atrocious!! Unfriendly and bad attitudes. It's really disgusting and I plan on calling and speaking with the manager Azma.

Dealing with staff member in this particular location is hit and miss. I personally call it the hit and run, because when you are forced to deal with lousy service you want to run away and never come back! I PROMISE you nobody has the time or the patience to deal with that! Sometimes you get really awesome people, but most times you get folks that either DON'T KNOW what they're doing and/or they have a really bad attitude problem. With issues like this you have to look at the store manager. And in this case the store manager ASMA IS A QUEEN "B"! So it's no surprise that some of the associates are miserable and display negative energy.The food and beverages is for the most part satisfactory.

I’ll be brief. I’m a teacher and order on the go! Every morning. I love the workers they are super sweet and nice except the manager, she has no type of communication with her customers and is very rude, always looking at people the wrong way. I’m not sure if she knows me by name but every time I order and she makes the drinks I always have a complaint (not sure if it’s on purpose) but there’s always something wrong with my order. DD you have to do better than this! Have someone who is a leader and nice to her customers please.
Would surely recommend trying this place. Exceptional character, tasty food, awesome customer service. I recommend this place.
This spot sure knows how to please their customers. Consistently with a super friendly demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, constantly flavorful and neat.
