I'm usually not a big fan of these types of restaurants, but Chilis never lets me down. The food is honestly very good and the service is great at this location. I forget my servers name, maybe her name was Jules, but she was fantastic. Very nice and above all kind to my child, unlike some places (See my review for Kashi in Rockville Center NY).
I've always loved Chili's as much as anyone can love generic restaurants, you can almost always count on the food being good. Service at this location has been deteriorating (given my last three visits), my most recent visit being two days ago- my server seemed to want to be anywhere but at work and the other employees that brought the food and drinks to the table basically dropped our food on the table and left. We had to request utensils, I honestly hope management make some changes and retained their employees on sevice. I highly doubt I will be visiting anytime soon.
I brought 25 people there in a bus. Manager comes out and offered to take care of me for bringing all those people. So I ordered chicken wings and loaded french fries. Mind manager,'s offer of taking care of me. I paid $17. 56. I saw the manager and told her that I paid for the meal. I reminded her of her offer. She took my receipt and disappeared. Now to chow down. I was hungry. The French fries were hard greasy and brown, the color of the grease when used to much or I er used old oil. I could not even cut the fries with the plastic knife provide by them. As for the chicken wings were etable. But Buffalo wild wing would have been the best choice to go to for wings. I would not eat here. At least in this particular establishment.
This was my first time eating at this location. Service was really good. Portions were just right. Food was fresh and really good.
Service is always great and the waiter/waitress are always friendly and attentive even when they get busy. I had the 3 for $10.99 meal .. the burger and fries were so yum! the only downfall i had was their chili i had. I was so excited to try it but when I did, it was very oily and salty. I wanted to like it.
The food at this Chili's location is usually very good. They have great burgers on thier menu and lots of great appetizers. They always offer discounts and coupons if you subscribe to the emails or download the Chili's app. Sometimes they offer "kids eat free". The only complaint is that sometimes the service is not on point. Usually have to wait a while for drink refills and condiments after asking for them.
Used to really enjoy the bottomless soup and salad until out server once told us they hate when people order it then tried to play it off like a joke. It's affordable and fills you up but sorry if you have to make more than one trip to your customers
Nice Service, Drinks A little underpoured on the cocktails side. Burger I had was really good with the salt and pepper i added even better. Not a big selection for food but good food overall.

Wonderful experience what a bad night gone good! After waiting for 20+ minutes at a table at the local Applebees without a server so much as acknowledging us we decided to drive over to chillis instead. Our experience was unmatched no wait at all, Lisa our server was amazing taking care of us immediately, being very accommodating, friendly and making recommendations to optimize our experience. Will be back to this spot soon enough wonderful establishment!
