Excellent, one notch above fast food, but not the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, still worthy of a decent lunch/ dinner on the go! Their classic chic sand., fries & shake is the best! One less star for negotiating the lines, not being a fan of any place with long lines I have to be prepared to pass and go another time. You decide that one...
Really nice, and clean fast food Chicken spot. Plenty of seating area, and a drive thru service with an attendant outside taking your order for quick drive thru service. The seating area I admire which also comes with a server for free refills and order add-ons for seconds!
Very disappointed. I ordered with Uber eats and they forgot my salad that I was looking forward to eating. The iced tea was way too sweet I had to water it down. The fries were completely bland and cold. The yogurt parfait only had like two blueberries in it and it didn’t have the granola. The only thing good was the mac & cheese
Food was delicious. Only problem was it was our first time and some workers expected us to order with no menu. Workers were patient and explained everything though. I recommend preparing what you're going to order before you go. They also gave us mac and cheese with no utensils. Simple error though.
They've been messing up lately. Staff needs to pay more attention to the orders. I've gotten the wrong drinks and wrong add on items even when the cashier reads back to order to me. Got plain iced coffee instead of vanilla. American cheese when I clearly ask for no cheese or Colby jack. It's too crowded at times to go into the restaurant to get it right or complain. Just try to do better.
The incompetence of this location truly astonishes me. This is my 2nd time going through the drive through and drive away missing things I’ve ordered. Today I ordered and got a drink with absolutely no ice, no sauces and no silverware. You can’t even get to the window to get corrections because they bring your food to your car in the line and walk away before you can even check, then usher you out the line.
Food was very good problem is it wasn't what I ordered. I asked for the spicy chicken soup and got the regulat chicken soup. As I said, it was good but not what I wanted. It was very busy and didn't want to bother the staff so I ate it. I just wish it was correct the first time. Customer service is key in my book.
The best chicken sandwich around. Love their frozen coffee to. The friendliest staff anywhere. The other fast food places can learn a lot from how well managed this place is.
Very good and flavorful Chicken nuggets and tenders, and hot Mac and cheese, Even when you come 40-30 min before closing, this (and almost all) chick fil a never disappoints!
Took my order in the car line. The kids meal never registered... drove off and realized it was missing. Had to circle back... go into the restaurant. 10 min wait. Got back to the car... my meal was cold. Nothing like cold fries
