This CARVEL has the best Ice cream on Long Island for Carvels. They don’t put milk or water in the franchise mix like a lot of others do. Actually every other one in this neighborhood messes with the mix ratio. Go try them and tell me I’m wrong. The girls are great also.
Don't have enough flavors!
Carvel is not what it used to be. Ordered a CMP and they didn't know what I was talking about. I'm pretty sure Carvel invented the Chocolate, Marshmallow, Peanuts sundae and now it's not even on the menu. Clerks were clueless and not helpful in the slightest. Sad to say we're not rushing back.
The girl working on Sunday night was very nice while I was getting my order! She did it efficiently and elegantly! Thank you for my great service!
I guess I have to give 1 star at least to write this review. Awful place and terrible customer service. You would think if you go there often in the summer they would at least be nice to you. Apparently I ordered my ice cream for my kids and he told me that the guy that hasn’t walked thru the door is next even though he hadn’t open the door yet or was even in the same building and told me he couldn’t take my order. So I told him thanks I’m not ordering anymore. Really rude to adults and kids. Looking through the reviews everyone says the same thing. So why do we continue to buy from this awful carvel place. Today was my last day. Going to Ralph’s from now on. I will not support a business that shows no respect to there customers especially if you live in this community we should be nice to each other.

This is the first store that I've seen that the owner isn't child friendly. He was very stern with the kids and wasn't any better with the adults. I'd rather drive to another store where the kids can have a good experience purchasing ice cream...
If I could give 0 stars I would, owners of this carvel are beyond rude, don’t wanna work, always has attitude and a mad face. The one specific guy is the worst. Don’t ever go here. They’re so cheap, only carvel I’ve been to that weighs the ice cream LOL. Ordered a large cup of ice cream and it was half full. I go to ANY OTHER carvel and they fill my cup. Yes even the ones you mentioned as you gave yourself a 5 star review. Stay away from this carvel, save the trip. Go else where. Also went on a Wednesday and it’s buy one get one, got charged full price for both. Never going back. Cheap steaks
The ice cream was pretty good! It just seemed really expensive for what you were getting. Also they need to keep the freezers at a colder temperature. Even the hard ice cream was more like soft serve. Inside was clean.
