They do not honor open table reservations even though you can make them through the app.
Amary was great and helpful. Food was not as good. Wings were not as ordered and sauces/rubs barely touched wings.
On May 31, 2022 I called to place an order over the phone with Arielle at the Buffalo Wild Wings located at: 737 Merrick Ave, Westbury, NY 11590. I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in years, so I inquired about what specials and sauces they had available for bone in wings.I ordered a 6 piece-buy one get one half off with a small potato wedges. I then asked to alter my order after she told me the total (almost $30). She stated that she needed to get a manager to edit the order. I was then put on hold for over 5 minutes. Almost 10 minutes went by and by now I've arrived at the location, so I hung up and walked into the restaurant to view the menu. As I entered the establishment, Ariel was talking disparagingly about me to a female manager who was voiding the order out of the system. She loudly and ignorantly stated, "How broke can you be, she better not call back either because she wont get any food." These comments were followed by cackling by both her and the female manager.This is my first experience after years of not eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. People like Arielle, should not be employed by any public establishment, let alone answering phones and preparing food. I am disgusted by the classlessness I experienced and beyond embarrassed for Arielle. As a cashier at Buffalo Wild Wings, what could possibly compel you to confidently discuss my funds or tax bracket after asking if I want blue cheese or ranch? Unprofessional, comical and despicable!
How did I pay 24 dollars 2 IPA tall beer!! Very over priced and the customer service was disaster. Walked in and being notified we only have 2 servers and we will notify you in 5-10 min. The girl never came to the bar to tell us that the table is ready. Very bad customer service. Bar had glasses left over from previous customer and hygienic level by the staff very bad that we didn’t order food. How does the bar lady tell us that we shouldn’t try there coffee cause it’s really disgusting. Really bad customer service. Would never recommend this location to anyone!!!
Ordered take out, with no one at the register to assist me I had no choice but to wait 5-10 minutes when I arrived. Once I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong sauce. I ordered “spicy garlic” like a always do. Not sure what that hot lava they gave me is. Instead of the 3 blue cheeses I ordered, they decided to give me 4 ranches. To top it off, an eye lash (I hope).
Who's this Gabriel dude and where did he come from? This guy was working the front seating people. Taking people's drink order and taking the time to recommend specials and cleaning up/rearranging tables. This is a total 360 of Service and quality of food from my last visit 6 months ago. Promote this guy above others, he should be a manager.

My boyfriend and I walked in to no hostess behind the hostess stand and waited 5 mins for anyone to even approach us to ask about seating. Once we were seated, we waited 15 mins just to get water and an hour for our food. Our waiter was extremely rude and short with us on top of this whole experience.

I have to credit my 5 star experience to the bartender Laura. Her attitude, professionalism, her attention to detail makes the experience of visiting this establishment worth the time and trip. I can go anywhere else, but my miIitary crew and I choose to come here because of her service
Cool atmosphere. The service was a but slow that night. However, the server was very pleasant and kept us updated.I had Buffalo wings, I'm not going to lie, I didn't expect them to be so spicy. So for those who like to feel the heat, that's the best one for you.
