First time ordering here. I waited about 5mins before someone took my order and that’s quick considering there were 3 other ppl ahead of me.The chicken and the hickory BBQ is delicious. Mashed potatoes were perfect. The corn bread was a bit dry and could be served more fresh and not as stale.My order was done correctly and friendly staff. Overall my experience was great.
it was good. ppl were all friendly, food was good, even tho they were out of roasted chicken, which was weird.
This Boston market was best in the town. I loved Gabe and his services. The one in bethpage sucks
Their food is still good however the chicken portions have gotten smaller and smaller
The service has been really good here. I don't frequent Boston Market bur everytime I go to this location, I have no complaints. The food is good as is the service. Some servers are nicer than others but they've all been really good. The food is fresh. They get ?points for always wearing their ? mask properly! They have enough parking and the place is clean. No issues! I actually left one BM that I rated terrible to drive to this one that I usually buy from.
The lady in the back cutting wants to give 2pc of dark meat for meal for 5 after being asked for most to all dark meat. Not the first time.

Nice staff.. I picked up a few platters to take home.. had a little conversation with the woman behind the counter.. prices are very reasonable

THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWN HILL!! So on 8/13/21 at around 7:15PM I decide to stop by our local Boston market in Westbury to grab some dinner with my girlfriend, we're tired and hungry, she had just gotten out of work and we walk in into this store with 7 people waiting online, and there's only this young man standing there serving people and taking care of the register, and mind you there's 3 people in the back talking laughing doing god knows what, Horrible experience & poor customer service!! it's sad to see this place get worse by the day, I've been coming here for years and I don't know if it because they're about to close down but the whole store is in completely bad shape, seats are broken, Bathrooms are filthy and to put the last nail in the coffin they make anxious customers wait 6- 8 minutes for a meal, with a fully staffed store, Unbelievable!!
