This Applebees compared to other locations and other chains is really above average regarding their employee attitude and service. I usually visit during happy hour which they do have some good deals such as the BOGO domestic beers and my favorite Angry Orchard.Overall this location is well managed and staff is very friendly so I overlook the mediocre food.
I know it's Applebee's and I should expect food to suck but...good god. The margarita was the worst margarita I have ever had, it was just blended ice, and it was 10 bucks so not like there is much of a difference to nicer spots.The wings... it was just oily oily breading. Puaj. Seriously, never again.
Went to Applebee’s in Westbury, Long Island at 9pm on a Tuesday nite. The greeter “wasn’t” the very welcoming or uplifting!! But—-, I must say the drinks were good. The price is right & good size drink!! We also had beer pretzels & artichoke dip with chips!! Very very good. We also ordered the shrimp platter. The shrimps were good but the French fries were “room temperature”!!!! Not good! Not cool! Unfortunately, many restaurants serve guests room “lukewarm”!, because there already sitting in the warming tray & they don’t want to throw them away. But, what’s hot should be served “hot” & what’s cold should be served cold!
Went on Sunday February 20 2022 with my brothers and sister there cheeseburger was so yummy it was fresh and Cooked properly there buffalo wings were so yummy it was fresh there cheese bites was so yummy the cheese will melt in your mouth we also go there classic combo that was also good and delicious I will come back here again keep up the good business
Went here today with my wife and I never thought I'd give Applebees a perfect rating. I worked for Applebees for a few years and I wish I had those guys to work with while I was an employee. You can tell they care about the food they sent out. Ordered the Classic Sampler, my Wife ordered a Quesadilla Burger and also got another meal. Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly and our server was on point as well. Our meal wasn't even $100 and I left him with a $40 tip. This was a trip worth taking from Brooklyn and we will be back soon
usual fare of grilled food with choice of beer on tap and bottle... half price appetizers from 3 pm to 6 pm and after 10 pm

Simple request for a Caesar salad. No croutons and extra dressing (which has a surcharge of $0.29. I get home and not only is the extra dressing I paid for not there, but they didn’t add the Parmesan cheese. Also the majority of the leaves are brown. It’s a pandemic and ppl are trying their hardest to support our economy. But when things like this occur, as small as it may seem, it really makes it harder for me to want to spend my money at these places. Do better please.
Holy moly. What an awful experience. Place was deserted 12/29/21, 7pm. Bartender with horrible attitude. Playing with her phone and nails. 4 cheese mad n cheese was just a complete joke. They just plopped, over fried chicken chunks onto the cold pasta then tried to drizzle a bit of the pepper sauce on it but missed and got all over the noodles. The chicken was bone dry. Also no breadstick and when I asked, the response was “yeh sorry we all out or some thing”. Really? So you don’t even tell me, don’t offer a different side, don’t give a discount, just a horrible meal and horrible attitude. Wow…
