hair in my food. literally all i have to say. took a bite & pulled a hair out of my mouth. do u know how traumatized i am? no u don’t. NASTY. no it wasn’t my hair bc it was in between the sandwich not on top.
It's always "till now" been a great place. We were totally shocked! The place was a disgrace! There was a spilled Milkshake by where the customer stand and they put cones around it instead of cleaning it up. It's been there awhile because it was dried. Our order was wrong even though we were so careful ordering. Being short of workers was NOT the problem because there were a lot of workers there. They were just LAZY!!!My wife don't want to go there anymore it was so bad. We used to brag about how nice our Webster Wendy's was. The burgers we ordered didn't even taste right. What a shame and disappointment.

If you like cold fries and burgers that are loaded with so much ketchup you might as well just order ketchup then this is your place to go

We were in town for a tournament and stopped for a quick breakfast. The breakfast baconators were fresh and delicious.
What a dramatic turn around at this branch! The night crew at this location has been great for a couple months now. For quite a while I avoided the pm service here. As a gig worker, it just wasn’t worth my time. The drive thru order taker would almost always be laughing or act annoyed by the late night customer. It got to the point where my buddies and I would bet whether they would be giggling on the other end when they came to take order. The friendly greeting heard at the speaker lately has been the total opposite. Jessica welcomes your being there and is super friendly as she tells you your order has been started and to please pull up. In addition the crew is doing great at putting the food out quickly and with the quality of a lunchtime meal. I thought it was nice how Gianna at the window also confirmed that I was there for a online order and told me it was coming up soon. I typically am at 8 different Wendy’s on any given day and none of them have this good of conduct. If anything I seem to be a burden to them as they most likely are cleaning and trying to go home as I know I would be at that hour if I were there. This Wendy’s is striving for greatness and it shows. Keep up the good work guys!
My friend and I come here every Tuesday after bowling our league and while I was going to give 4 stars just because our orders have been messed up a few times, one of the ladies who works here has come to know who we are by our unique order and always makes an amazing effort to make sure we get the right stuff. She has made the difference between 4 and 5 stars. Thank you ma'am!
