We stopped in this location for a late lunch/early dinner and were very pleased with our food and the service. Our server, Carla, was very kind to my children which is a huge thing with me. Our food was hot and delicious and we left very satisfied with our meals.

Great food !! But the manager on duty 7/11 around 7:30 acted very unprofessional. My husband and I were coming back from a 8 hour road trip and wanted to grab some Uno's on the way back to buffalo, in turn I asked for it to be parbaked. When we picked up he then proceeded to stomp out, belittling my husband telling him how much of a inconvienance it was to half bake our pizzas. Then said it's either baked or not baked next time, when I spoke to the hostess on the phone I told her we had to travel the pizza back to buffalo, you'd think she would have mentioned that I could get it not baked and that they no longer do parbaked (I've ordered this way before) but instead yelled at my husband in front of customers. A+

Ghost town. Hello can anyone help me. Walked out and back in to see if some kind of bell ring. Nope! Vola! finally after 8 minutes. Was to hungry to leave . Finally seated. I almost went to the kitchen to prepare my own food. LOL ?

Had a good dining experience. Our server Andrew was awesome & provide great service. We loved that the menu was much smaller compared to before Covid days. We have always enjoyed this location of Uno Pizzeria, glad it remained open after Covid.Vegetarian options: There are a few options the impossible burger was wonderful. There were a few pasta dishes, if stict whole food vegan, not the best choices. You could get away with a greens salad with veggies.Kid-friendliness: Yes, very kid friendly.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Wheelchair accessible and easy to get in and out.Dietary restrictions: They offered a few options but you would want view menu before going and have your meal figured out.

We went there fory son's birthday around lunchtime. They sat our party even though not everyone was there yet. It was so affordable. The waitress was awesome!!!!Vegetarian options: DeliciousKid-friendliness: We were waiting a bit for someone who was late. We had a 5 yr old in our group and the waitress offered for him to go outside in the patio area while waiting. It was just barely warm enough, but he went out there a few times which helped with his patience. Parking: It's in a plaza, so more than enough parking.

Tasty, affordable food; very good service. I am here at a very low-traffic part of the day, so take this with grain of salt, but I found the small deep-dish pizza I had to be delicious and quite filling, and the french onion soup that came with it (some sort of menu special) was excellent as well. Very nice atmosphere, too!

Just had a Thin Crust Pizza and Caesar Salad and a Coke. Having worked in food service as a chef previously I thought the food was quite good a chain restaurant. It was a little expensive ($25) but that is just a part of current economic situation so didn't take away from the rating for that.

I go a few times a year & it's always great! Great food & service! Love the menu lots of selections

Want Chicago style deep dish pizza? Uno is the place in Rochester. A large variety of toppings. Excellent service.

I love this place! I call it big kid Applebee's. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the portions are worth it, the music is great. We keep.coming back because of how much we love everything. I will most likely keep editing this review.?
