I ordered 2 ChicKen quesadilas...when we got home there wS about 3 minute pieces of chicken inside both of them and barely anything else...it was like disgusting
I don't frequently order from here but have always done in-store pick up as it may be one of the slowest drive-thru's in Rochester among any fast food joints. While the food is almost always good quality their order accuracy is poor which can be countered with in-store ordering or pick up and checking the items before leaving. I'd encourage you to check your order after you complete the drive thru order and also avoid delivery from this location. I'd say the accuracy is around 40% for me. I'd sometimes wait in store for a few minutes before being asked if I am waiting for an order (while I'm standing in front of the pick up counter and not holding food). So while the quality of the food is good, the speed, attentiveness and accuracy of this location has bumped it down to the three stars I have them.
This place gets it wrong everytime. I have a dairy allergy so I put no cheese no sour cream. they get it wrong and the crunch wrap is falling apart. I go in and they say it's MY FAULT the order was wrong saying I had to do fresco but I wanted meat not just tomatoes. and they remade it and it was still wrong and awful. the employees in the back are all disrespectful kids who don't know what they are doing. wouldn't recommend coming to this place
The most incompetent employees I have ever see. I ordered a cravings box and they just put the in a bag and didn't even wrap my food...
Recently rediscovered Taco bell. Haven't had their tacos for few years. Must tell you: it was good!
I would really hate to hold up drive thru to actually open every item to verify it is actually what you ordered. By the time I get home...it's not like it wouldn't have gotten eaten anyway, lol. Maybe next time I will post pics & receipt.Although, I really do feel bad for the staff when you see the endless lines of unappreciative hangry people. Thank you for sticking it out!!
People working the window are nice, but our order is wrong every. single. time. Vegetarian options are constantly made with meat. Took 60 mins to get 3 burritos.
Never a bad experience, the staff always corrects any issues and you never have to complain. Love the always changing menu items to keep the options fresh and lively. Once you love an item, you now have a menu hack to stl request it even after some of them are gone. A+
