From start to finish A+++++ Webster Taco Bell was the best. The Hispanic lady that took my order was very friendly, sweet personable while also being professional, efficient and quick! I was impressed by her resourcefulness you go above and beyond conditions beyond her control. I ordered ice water and she went all the way to the lobby ice machine to get my ice. I asked her if they can make a iced coffee without flavor and she did it perfect, I didn’t even know Taco Bell had iced coffee! She saved me an extra trip and retained me as a loyal Webster customer. Most of all it was her friendly sunny smile that shines through the intercom despite the fact I couldn’t see her. Made my day! The lady that served me my food at the window was also very very cool and friendly too! I think it was w black glasses?She served me all my food perfectly prepared and nice and hot. No luck warm drive Thru here. Give these ladies and the co workers with them a kudos! ?
Drive thru person sounded these that thrilled to be working. Order came to $30 and didn’t receive all the food we ordered. The 2 Sierra Mists taste like seltzer water, and the crunchy tacos were soft by time I got home.
The young people at the Hard Road, Taco Bell, are killing it in the morning. You been a victim of the train-wreck over at the golden arches? Stop wasting your time stuck in that drive-thru - head over to The Bell and get better tasting food with no waiting and a friendly crew!
Absolutely discussing inside. Nothing but teens working. The tables were sticky there were nasty think foot prints all over the floor. Then they got part of order wrong and almost made us pay for it. They need older supervision in this place. I never felt so gross eating somewhere. Just ridiculous.
They were prompt and courteous when fixing an error with my order and even gave me a coupon for a free taco for next time. Awesome customer service! Also inside the store was super clean when I came in.
Took my girlfriend and her daughter out for breakfast, fast, friendly service, polite staff, food was very good, asked for a special order, it was great.

Probably the worst taco bell I’ve ever ate at. No mild sauce, no small lids, no forks, EVERY table except 2 dirty. Another customer came in asking about nacho fries and was told “i don’t know i think they discontinued them” Customer then asked “why have all the signs and them still on the menu then” and the employee simply walked away. I was searching for the meat in my crunch wrap. I think they wanted us to leave because shortly after sitting down to eat the music was turned FULL BLAST in the dining area. I don’t typically leave reviews, but man it’s taco bell. There were NO customers except us and another couple. When we first arrived we were the ONLY people there. How hard is it to wipe tables and stock the basics??????

Got Breakfast This Morning.... the young lady was working very hard seemed she was doing more than one person's job, but only by appearance. the process was quick and the food is AMAZING. No floppy hash brown and the burrito was grilled perfectly and made perfectly!! Amazing Experience! Go Get Your Breakfast Box ?♥️
