Been to this location on Empire Blvd in Webster now 4 days in a row and could not get a carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino. This is crazy.

Due to Covid the restaurant dine in option was closed…..Best Starbucks ever(I’ve been to over 20) the manager Steve(wears glasses)went above and beyond to deliver my coffee swiftly to my work truck that wouldn’t fit in drive thru. Very professional and wore a mask. Highly recommend and the order tasted great!!!
Worst customer service ever at the Baytown location . Pickup orders are always missing something and when you say something you always get a snarky comment. I asked for my drink to be stirred and was told that's how it comes and I can stir it myself. I spend about $40 a day there. When I said never again... I get "aww that's too bad".. I guess they don't need the business!!
The staff are nice and the coffees are good but I like the medicine ball and a few locations never have all the ingredients but other than that I like Starbucks

This is one of the FRIENDLIEST Starbucks I've ever been too. I would never think to write a review of Starbucks, but this one deserves it! Every single person at their drive through window I've interacted with has been extremely pleasant, always asking how your day is and helping you choose a coffee if you can't decide. The coffee's are spot on what I order, and quite timely. The lady at the drive through window today, although I can't remember her name, looked like someone I haven't seen before and was SO nice. It's so refreshing to go somewhere that people actually CARE about their job! Good job, guys!
It's great, staff are amazing, the building is always clean, and the coffee is amazing. I have literally no complaints.
