They clearly do not listen to you when you are in the store and not in the drive through. I waited over ten minutes to just get a coffee and croissant. What a wonderful time, not!
I even added an extra shot of espresso to my Americano today and the coffee was still weak.Someone there made a really good coffee for me a while ago. But not since. Disappointed.
Went to go pick my mom up coffee and they are closed for Mother's Day until 930am. I wish they updated the website to reflect so my mom wasn't disappointed?
Waited in the drive through this AM for 30 minutes! There were only about 4 cars in front of me and took 10-15 just to get to the order area, finally made it to the window and sat there for another 10 min or so. I watched other orders pile up at the window for I assume people behind me. About half way through the girl said she would check on my drink and that it was just in the blender (it's been 10-15 min since I actually ordered at this point). I just sat there watching 4-5 people standing inside doing nothing when a different person came to the window and asked what I even got and finally gave me my drink. Good thing I wasnt in a hurry because once you are in that drive through you are stuck in it.
The drive thru always packed, might scare people off but its fast as hell usually and they are very nice and clear through the speaker box.
I asked for a drink that they no longer make and they were able to make something so close to it that it might have been better than the original.
Slowest Starbucks in entire Rochester,NY.Many employees have changed in this establishment but this remains the constant!
I just moved to the Webster area a few months ago and frequent this location, regularly. I have gotten to know a few of the staff members including Nevi and let me tell you, Nevi is a breath of fresh air. She embodies the truest form of customer service! Everyone at this location has been amazing during staff shortages, drink shortages...you name it, they persevere.I'd like to give everyone at this store 5 stars! This is probably one of the BEST stores in Webster! Thank you for all that you do!

This is usually my go to place, but oof was this time rough. The coffee itself was fine, but the service was horrific. They didn’t tell me what the total was after ordering and the person at the window didn’t say a single word to me. Not a SINGLE word. What in the world?! I said hello, no response. I said thank you, no response. The only way I found out about my total was through the app after I paid. Seriously though, half of the reason to go to Starbucks and paying a premium for a latte is the customer service. If you don’t want to to be a sparkling sprinkle work someplace else.
