We stopped in for lunch. Stacey took excellent care of us. She is the personification of great customer service. Oh yeah, the food was pretty good too.

Stopped for dinner last night. The hostess said it would be a minute to get our table ready for three of us. Four groups walked in after us, three of three one of four that got seated before us while we stood waiting. At first we teased each other saying "they must know we are from the westside". After the fourth group was seated we spoke up and were ignored. We processed to leave and enjoyed a meal at Uno's. We will never go back
Not up to the usual higher standard for this national chain. Salad was okay, the burgers that used to be great are maybe ever your best, and the one reason I used to come there was for their steak fries, which were not that good at all. Think covid pandemic really hit this location hard. Would say the service staff was very good, very personable, very attentive so in that aspect I give them a B+
The burgers were just as good as they always are. The fries were even better this time, not sure why but they were really crispy. The onion rings were really good really good as well. The servers was awesome, she made sure to check on us as needed..

Great burgers. Who doesn't love unlimited french fries? Clean restaurant - better than the location on the other side if town. Friendly staff.
the wait was horrendous. we’ve been here for and hour and five minutes and they messed up our order twice. please note we were dealing with a gluten allergy, and being curbside, and yes they were trying they’re best but.. we asked for a gluten free tavern burger, because that is what they suggested when we asked for two plain patties, yes we do realize it’s an odd request but we did reinstate this multiple times. they came out with a tavern burger with cheese and the bun, after asking for no bun as well. then with the milkshakes we ordered, we got a chocolate milkshake and asked for it to be gluten free, but there were several oreo chunks inside the milkshake. the multiple trips plus the wait was long and unnecessary.
Fantastic. Food came out hot, tasty and a nice Waiter named Andy. A nice way to spend Valentine's day with my husband. Only down side, we were seated by the kitchen. It wasn't horrible though. They were so busy and got us in under the hour wait!
Horrible. Asked if I wanted pink or no pink. I said pink and it mooed. Then my onions were forgotten and she ordered me a new burger. It took over a half hour!! My friend was done by time it came and I felt like it was a complete bust. And the new one was over done. Really awful. No offer for more fries or chips. Just blech! I told the manager who was really awesome. Although I didn't ask, he gave me a gift card. But the night was still kinda ruined.
