If you’re looking for a cooked and well done pizza I would probably not order from Pontillo’s. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Extremely disappointed…definitely will not be back
After countless faithful years we are officially done with Webster Pontillos. The staff at this location is simply a joke. To pay these clowns is truly a crime. Not one of them cares about food quality or customer service. When it comes to food and the manner in which it’s served this location has failed my family and friends too many times. I worked at a Pontillos for 3 years back in 05’-08’and the staff where I worked loved their jobs and it showed. They constantly display the worst at work habits like inappropriate talk and giggling like gas station workers. So while they could be making food and or communicating with the other staff, they don’t so the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. There was a time when I let the lack of pride at an establishment not effect my frequency of ordering from it. We had our last bad experience back in October and that was the last straw for us. We will go to Penfield from this point on. Thanks to all who gave us decades of great service. We truly appreciate your hard work and passion for Rochester’s best pizza.
Pontillos Webster has the best pizza anywhere. I have turned many others on to them and they all agree. Keep up the good work.

Ordered over an hour ago.....called to see what the holdup was. .......whoever answered said....'We're doing what we can......DONT PROMISE A DELIVERY TIME IF YOU CANT.......I have been a faithful customer....not any more......too many other pizza places out there
Not quite the Pontillo's experience I used to have on Canandaigua. Still pretty good.

The pizza didn't fit in the box. You couldn't close it. The pizza was burnt on the bottom as well.......
Excellent pizza, especially their onions.
