Everytime i come here, the food is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and its always done in a good amount of time.
We enjoy picking up food from here when we don't want to spend the money for higher quality food. This location is easy to get to and each time that I've gone there the staff is incredibly nice. They've yet to make the food poorly and only one error during one of the few deliveries we made in which they forgot the side sauce. They also have an option for curbside but with tons of parking I never mind just walking in.
This location is so CLEAN! Pizza was delish. Lisa in front was super friendly!! I would definitely come here again.
The employees are incompetent and the managers could care less. I called to order stuffed crust pizza and was told they were out. I called another Pizza Hut. They told me that was ridiculous, took my number and had the first Pizza Hut call me back. The manager from the Pizza Hut on empire in webster called back, told me I ordered it wrong and confused her employee. Rudely took my order, then she said there were no discounts or coupons AT ALL for her store when I asked. I suggest everyone in webster just orders from Carls pizza in the village. Pizza Hut is greasy cardboard anyway.
Curbside pick up is a joke! They say 15 minutes but after 30 minutes I call and they bring my pizza out cold! Like They are teaching you a Lesson to come inside and get your own food! Cause They Totally forget you Exist!
Fare is as good as any other Pizza Hut. However, service is spotty if you want dine-in.When we visited on March 26, for dine-in with limited time for dinner, there was roughly an hour wait so we ate elsewhere.Tonight we ordered ahead choosing the pickup option. When we sat down to dine-in we were informed by an employee that pickup orders were not allowed to dine-in.We live 20 minutes from the store, with no closer options.
LOVE IT! The pizza was absolutely amazing. (the sauce didn't give me heartburn like most places lol yay) the cashier was super friendly. It's clean filled with great staff that love to sing along to the radio.
The staff is wonderful! I’m a regular here and the manager and staff are always welcoming you as u enter r the store always helpful always good food here !! thank u Webster location I love ya!
Never ever again... Pizza hut use to be so good with there pan pizzas... not any more, order was totally wrong and I Said you couldn't tell me what I had ordered that you didn't have that, which was parmeson cheese instead of mozzarella. They said well all calls go to corporate and we just get the orders. Are you kidding me... if they don't know the menu they should not be taking orders.. half the size they use to be, it use to be so fluffy and just great...Not so much anymore.. Sorry Pizza Hut tell corporate they should let the calls go thru there own place....
I usually love Pizza Hut. I ordered online and drove 25 minutes cause I had the craving. I arrived 15 minutes before close and was met with dirty looks. The counter person immediately told me they were closed. After stating I already ordered, I received my pizza. That is my worst annoyance, you don’t close till you’re closed. The door is unlocked, the sign states a closing time, you are to take customers until THAT time, not whenever you feel like stopping. I’ve worked at multiple locations and to feel like an unwanted burden instead of a beloved customer was a stab in the back.
