Loved the Chipotle chicken avacodo melt...chicken is tender, chunks, not skimping on the Avacodo and the Green Passion smoothie is awesome. The mango pops with a very slight offset of bitterness in the background. Could be my go to...

Paneras is always a good place to start your day, or lunch time, and evening a dinnerA very good selection of items to choose from, assorted homemade bake goods, and a variety of drinks to enjoy with your meal.The only change is service is off, for no one wants to work. And, with the turnover now in staff, it's not the Pancras of the old.
Great Food, but man is the cost extreme for what it is... $20 for sandwich, salad and drink ..
Panera’s food is good and the portions are large but the drive thru at this Panera’s gets my orders wrong or is missing something every single time I go. If my order is correct then there’s something else wrong like missing plasticware, napkins, dressings, or pickles.Then there are the minor inconveniences, such as not cutting a sandwich in half making it very difficult to eat it and drive. It’s disappointing, aggravating and costs me money. Panera’s is not a cheap place to eat and when my order is wrong I’m paying for something I didn’t want. In the past I’ve called and spoken to the manager but all that happens is a quick apology and the offer of a free cookie. I’m not looking for a free cookie or an apology, I just want my orders to be correct and include everything offered.
I took my grandkids there for dinner. 3 grilled cheese (very dry) sandwiches, 1 kids meal and 3 drinks = $39.56!!! For 3 grilled cheese sandwiches!! And they were very dry. We used to love Paneras. I'm not taking them anymore. Too expensive for what we get.
Stopped into Panera's Webster location. Purchased a loaf of the Tomato Basel bread "planning on suprising my kids with some custom made french toast" .My oldest daughter loves the end's of the bread!Realizing shortly after receiving the thickly cut loaf. Where is the rest of the loaf I paid for? No biggie, I'll ask for the rest. That's when the employee told me "the bread machine ate the rest of the loaf. I asked if I can have those pieces back for my daughter? She replied their gone. I have experience with bread cutting machines and this is not OK. I took pictures of the loaf I recieved and clearly portions of it are missing.
My kids love the Mac and cheese with tuna sandwiches. I'm not sure why they no longer offer ham, but I got over it.
My coffee is never never hot when I order it through window. Mb they are doing it for purpose to make people go inside and do coffee for yourself cause they give you just a cup so you gotta serve yourself.Pls like if it’s happening with you to. Just want to see I’m not the only one
My wife and I mainly get the family value meal which is enough for two small meals for us. Four half sandwiches (two whole), soup with a whole baguette , and four cookies. It's great and fast when you don't want to cook.
