The drive thru took forever and they messed up my burger. I went inside and asked for the right burger i ordered and the lady who worked there looked confused. I got another one that was correct but as i took a bite the bread was stale and it crumbled as it took a bite. I went back in for a refund. Not happy with the service. If they did it right the first time but it seems this place always messed up orders.

I am a driver and sometimes they have the doors closed and the wait is long. They should enable a fast lane for delivery. The food will always arrive cold to the customer and the waiting time is fatal.
Great food. This location constantly changes their hours and is not always open as schedule. Other than that, the food and service is great.
Dine in is not yet allowed while others (like Starbucks, Tim Hortons) are allowed. The drive-thru is really slow ?
McDonalds has gone downhill the last few years. Burgers are smaller, drive thrus are slower, and prices are up. I can eat REAL food at a small diner for what McDonalds costs now.
Cold food and wrong orders EVERY TIME. They are completely incapable of performing the simplest task, like counting.Looks like this location is next up for a restaff...
I live right next to this place and honestly just go to any one but this one. They never have their milkshake machine working, the workers are always rude, they get my order correct 25% of the time and that's being generous. I used to work with one of the managers there so I don't think it's management messing this up it's just careless workers. Just a shame for where the location is.
Online says they are open until 11pm but I drove there at 9:30 and they were closed. Waste of time and gas. Should update google to reflect business hours.
Absolutely horrible. Waited over a half an hour for four burgers for fries and four drinks. And then... After they finally brought the food out... I waited another 10 minutes for the drinks. I want a refund.Edit: Then when we get home and look at the order there were onions on my daughter's kiddies happy meal burger. Good thing she didn't eat it, since she is allergic! When I called, Nobody Answered! I want my money back!
