Bro, they forgot to give me my food. I’m currently starving to death, and the few fries I had were absolutely terrible. They had no flavor, and the amount of grease on that fry was really disturbing. I do not recommend. Save your money!!
Drive thru hit or miss on speed. Mostly slow. If they are moving faster then be prepared for your order to be wrong or missing something.
Very Disappointed that the drive through sensors aren't working. Or maybe the employees aren't sure how to alternate the lanes when taking orders.Twice this month I've been to the drive thru and the others cars in the other drive thru lane were taken ahead of me. Managed to squeeze my way out in between cars because it's wasn't worth waiting any more.
If I could give zero stars on a review, I would for this location. I was forced to use the self service kiosk because there was no one available at the counter to take my order. After ordering for Dine In , I put in the plastic tent Locater number. I was waiting for my food for 15 minutes, then I went up to the counter. I was told "Oh, your meal is here, they must have called it." The manager overheard the conversation but did nothing. What is the point of having the table locators if they are not going to be used? I have no idea how long the burgers were sitting there, but they were barely warm. The seating area is filthy and the drink area is running out of cups, lids, and straws. I never have a decent experience at this location.
Not a good recent experience. Ordered plain burgers but got extra pickles on soggy buns instead. Didn't find out until I was home. Luckily there are other Maccy D's in the area.
Poor service today, multiple customers asking for a refund. My order was wrong, I didn't realize it until I got home. One woman waited over 30 minutes for a Big Breakfast with Pancakes. I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit and a Sausage Egg and no cheese Biscuit and we received two Sausage Biscuits. Very dry and the Biscuits crumbled ask we picked our sandwiches up. There is usually good service here during the week days. I understand it's Saturday morning, but that is no excuse for poor service times or dry food. The prices have gone through the roof with eating out of your own kitchen. This is absolutely ridiculous for fast food in general. What happened to old time values and customs. These kids are very rude when you complain and try to settle the order to correct it. Throwing items and having fits. The best fast food places are not in the city/urban areas anymore. Go out 20-30 miles if you want good hot food and good service. Those kids are appreciative and courteous to their customers.
Sat 25 minutes in curbside to only go inside. you call they don't answer the phone I'm literally walking in listening the phone ring. Will never ever stop at that location again
Ordered big breakfast via in store touch menu. Payed for it. Got a recite and a number stand. 15 minutes go by and no food. I inquired and tall chuncky blonde told me she yelled out "big breakfast" 10 minutes ago. I asked her why she didn't bring the food to the table per instruction s. She said "oh sorry" ...... well, thats not cool with me.
Every time you go to drive thru it’s a 30 minute wait. You don’t open indoor dining or at least indoor ordering to help reduce wait times. Don’t complain you can’t find employees. Look at Wendy’s and Burger King right next to you. They are running great. I can’t believe corporate office lets this franchise get away with having indoors closed for like 2 plus years. Learn from everyone else.
Worst McDonald's ever. 30 minute wait for drive thru. The lobby doors are always locked. Fast food is called fast food for a reason, not order food and sit waiting for over a half hour. Waste of time especially for me being a doordasher. Don't go here, especially if you do doordash and are trying to make a few bucks on the side. The amount of time I sit and wait for this place to give me the food for my doordash order, is the amount of time that I could be off making 2 maybe even 3 deliveries and earning more money than waiting on this dump. Avoid at all costs
