Not impressed, might as well go to DiBella’s for the price. They must not know how good our subs are here cause this isn’t anything special. I could see how this is good in jersey but here in ROC you gotta be pretty special to beat our local corner stores. Best part was that they cut the slab fresh. Otherwise, their ingredient selection is sub par, the prices are high and the bread can’t even touch Wegmans. Fast food subs for fast food people who don’t know the difference.

Order supposed to be ready at 5:55, was completed at 6:10. The 2 subs were labeled backwards. Tasted great, we'll be back. Hopefully issued resolved next time.
Jersey Mike's has to be by far the best sub I've ever had I was a hardcore Wegmans sub guy but after having Jersey Mike's there's no turning back there ingredients are so fresh and their rosemary cheese bread is elite there subs are on the high side 15$ for a giant on average but it feeds two and you can't beat they're fresh ingredients there #17 Philly steak sub is the best steak sub I've ever had it didn't even need any sauce that's how good it is and the staff is always friendly every single time I've been there 100/10 would recommend!!!
Customer service is great! They catered to our tastes and preferences! They all worked as a team and visibly enjoyed their work!
I was so excited to finally have a Jersey Mike’s locally! They are my favorite subs. I love that they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you…have to get it Mike’s way!
We tried Jersey Mikes for the first time. We ordered a Giant #2 with extra meat and cut into 4’s. We ordered online. Our order was ready when we arrived. The space was clean, organized and the staff was friendly. The reason for 3 stars is the size of the sub was not worth the cost of $18.68. I am including a picture of one of the sections. It was not worth the cost. Lots of lettuce and very little meat( we paid for extra meat). While it was tasty, I have had tasty subs that were much less expensive and more substantial.
Not sure what all the fuss is about. They must not know we have good subs in Rochester. Low quality ingredients and ridiculous pricing. Two stars instead of one because the staff was really friendly.
These subs are really tasty. Mikes way all day! They know how to make a sandwich. Their rolls are also amazing!! Nice to have some variety around as well.
Nice place. Friendly staff. Philly cheese steak was a bit small for the price. Had good flavor, but I've had better.
