Always had good luck with five guys. Especially their fries. Unfortunately, most recent visit, fries were terrible. Soggy. Limp. Barely warm. Probably won't return.

The service was really good, however the fries were so salty I could barely stand them. I know some people like salt but it's harder to take salt off than to add it. I'm just saying. I did enjoy the grilled cheese sandwich they made though. Definitely yum!
This is my new favorite burger joint. It surpasses all those burger joints that Rochesterians covet. The fries are even excellent.
The food was too greasy plus I ask to add onion and pepper on hot burger they didn't even grill it had to removed both from sandwich. Will not order there anymore food too greasy for my liking.

Start with a handful of peanuts in the shell, and order fresh cooked hamburgers with custom toppings, add a regular fresh cut fries and a drink and you are ready to go. Food is hot , delivered promptly and extra fries are added to the bag. Sodas are chose from a variety of types with added things like lemon, lime etc. Fancy no, fun yes.
Until I get a burger made by either Gordon Ramsay, Guy Fieri, or Bobby Flay 5 GUY'S IS AND HAS THE BEST ? AND FRIES IN THE 585 ✋ DOWN....
