Really nice place. Good brick oven pizza. Liked the small diced toppings on the Aloha Pizza. My only critique were the wings. They were a bit undercooked, and I reordered and the same issue basically. They were good but still somewhat undercooked. Larger wings need a little more time by the flame for that good char. Other than that, this place is great.
Pizza was good. Love all the options and the build your own pizza feature. Atmosphere and friendliness of staff could use some work. I was ignored for a good 5 minutes standing at the counter and then someone who walked in after me was helped first. Just acknowledge that you see me and will get to me at least. It would also be helpful to have signage telling people where to go to order or where to go if they're just picking up. Also the drive through window is not manned and with the snow I couldn't reach the doorbell to get assistance. I would love to see this place succeed, just a few things that could be improved! A working drive through pick up would be amazing for accessibility to people with mobile disabilities or single parents with a load of young kids in the car or people with dogs who don't want to leave them in the car.
Been here a few times since the grand opening of this location and they’re always great! The employees are hard working and the pricing for the food is decent as well. The best part about eating here is not regretting it like you would after Blaze Pizza.
Ordered BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza and it was the best tasting pizzas I've ever had. Customer service is top notch! This place gives one hell of a bargain and has a wonderful dining room, very clean. Highly recommended.
Did an online order and it was completely messed up and not even cooked even though the website said that it was done. We ordered ahead of time because we were on the way back from Albany in the rain and wanted fresh pizza when we made it home. Not only did we have to wait as if we just walked in from the street. They didn't cook 1 part of the order. The tickets said there was 3 items but the girl says yeah I saw that but I didn't know we needed three items. But not to worry though we can wait another 7 to 10 minutes to get it. Not good. Manager just sat by and did nothing. Not even addressed the situation, just left the college aged girl to figure out what to do. Definitely thinking twice next time. Maybe Pi Craft is the way to go for fresh made pizza.
Pretty disappointing. Fountain drinks were not working, and the lemonade tasted like syrup. Trash on the floors, and pizza was mediocre at best. Ice cream was amazing though. It was kind of a let down for us, especially the condition of the dining room.
Today was my second visit and once again this place didn't disappoint! Amazing pizza! I took a few pics to post on Google reviews! Come try this pizza place!
Beautiful and clean restaurant, friendly staff, but most of all... Amazing food! Large portions, quality and plentiful toppings, just the right thinness and crunch. The pizza dough is made on sight, cooked at 800° for 2 minutes; the owner was kind enough to explain the process! Will go back again and again.
Excellent and FAST woodfire pizza. Owners are fantastic. Pizzas are awesome. The owner explained to us some of the important ingredients like the flour are from Italy along with the wood fire stove. The place is great and they have a nice outdoor area. They sell Pittsford Dairy Ice Cream at their location! They now serve beer and wine, too. I have been here several times and will definitely keep coming back.
What a great experience! The staff was so friendly plus you got to watch them make the pizza, which ended up being delicious!!! I highly recommend the Mac and cheese one. Try to save room for dessert because their snicker sundae is the cherry on top (with a cherry on top). We'll definitely be back. Very clean and an adorable outside area with picnic tables and a gazebo. Loved the overall atmosphere.
