Update: I was able to speak with the GM who was awesome and made it right. 5 stars to the GM, and food. 2 stars to the situation happening at all……Walked in with a $100 gift card. Walked out with a $100 unwanted charge on my credit card. Apparently the new system doesn’t work with their private gift cards currently. Wish we would have been made aware prior to ordering or at least a sign in the door. Food was delicious.
We ordered our food, Bill came to $85. Went to pay using our $60. Gift card, they would not accept it said they had new system not able to take gift cards. Manager was very rude said just come back another day!! We traveled 30 miles to get there!!!! Not going back!!! She could be been more accompanying!! If you want to try out pizza p!ease go to the other restaurants in East Rochester or chilli
Pizza was good, not great. Boneless chicken wings were good. Customer Service, horrendous. Most of the girls had a bad body language, never smiled at us or to other customers entering the restaurant (we were seated close to the entrance).Drinks were not refilled, not enough napkins, wings order was messed up. No apology, long faces. Never again!
Great menu great food selection and great taste. My cob salad with chicken was fantastic. Nice portion and everything very fresh. Our server was very good.
I can't speak for all the locations but the quality of their food at the Webster location is wildly inconsistent. WILDLY. I've been about 10 times. When it's on, it's ON - good flavor, good service, and chill atmosphete.But when it's bad, it's truly AWFUL - pizza so burnt it's not really edible but they serve it to you anyhow; bottoms of pizza with so much pan/oven char that you all you taste is dirty oven; fried eggplant stacks that taste like fish rather than eggplant; and dirty tableware.Of the 10 times I've been, at least 4 have been terrible overall and 1 or 2 had something off about them.

Food is decent. My veggie based pizza lacked flavor and toppings but my dinning partners meat pizza was delicious. Seems like the simple pizzas need better seasoning or ingredients to make it really stand out. Main reason for the low score is the slow service. The waitresses are just standing around. No one came over after the hostess sat us.I watched a couple come in who knew the owner. Of course they received prompt service. I understand how that goes but when you have a table thats been waiting 15+ mins, it's a bad look.Just as we were standing up to leave, a server finally ran over. After the food was delivered and we ate, it took another 15 mins for someone to come over.While we were waiting another table came to the hostess station trying to pay their bill so they could leave. Guess their server was missing as well.They need to hire a better team. Willing to try again but it'll be take out only.
Waitress was nice but food was horrible 1st try boneless wings were cold second try wrong sauce, dry and hard. Ate but will never be back. And if that was 1 pound I'd be shocked
Great pizza nice lunch Bartender was very nice
they have great food and drinks and staff. though the servings can be a bit huge. its still great for a night out
