Staff seems new, when we walk in no greeting and had to wait at counter for several minutes before we were served
No matter what time of day I come here everything's old n crusty... And no one apparently knows how to lightly toast a bagel and add cream cheese at any if the locations
Twice in the last week I have ordered a medium black cold brew coffee and received a very bitter iced coffee that was obviously not a cold brew. I paid more for the cold brew expecting a better tasting coffee like other locations have provided. Very disappointed! Don’t mess with a man’s coffee!

Last couple of visits the food has been burnt and the coffee has left me feeling sick. Either the ice or milk machine needs cleaning. It's honestly been every visit. Last time they handed us the wrong burnt bagels too. Someone needs to get on top of things.
Drive-thru was great! It was a donut, and, the time that I came, the donut was not dried out and hard! Thank you.
The food was not good at all. DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED OR PAID FOR. INATTENTIVE and bad customer service. Kinda hard to go back and change your order when your on the road for a day trip and that's when you discover the mistake!
This is one of the best Dunkin locations in Rochester. Fast, polite, friendly service. I drive past 2 other Dunkin locations to go to this one because of how good it is. They should send some of the Culver road staff here to train, or just close that location completely.
They haven't messed up an order yet and the coffee is delicious!
