Stopped in for coffee. They were busy I'll give them that but I stood at the counter waiting to order for several minutes and not a word from any employee. One worker gave me the side eye several times but never acknowledged my presence. Left and won't be back.

Granddaughter usually loves DD. However, tonight we ordered hot chocolates as special Christmas treat. They were SO overly hot, her tongue & leg was burned due to having to spit it out. Four hours later, still burned. We had to throw all out. Worst hot chocolate I ever had. Poor kid crying half the night.
Orders are never correct, drinks are always made wrong... even a simple iced coffee is always wrong.
Twice this week I ordered a Medium Iced Caramel Latte. Both times they messed up but was too late to go back as I was on 104 headed to work. I don't think the kids listen because there was NO Caramel in either. ?out
Dunkin better then Tim Horton's.

you changed your coffee when you changed your name. your coffee now tastes like the cheep stuff.
Busy but plenty of donuts and good service.
