I will never order from there again. How do you forget to put the chicken strips in a box? My familes order was big and i was very patient. I live all the way in fairport and the one thing i did not think i had to look for was the chicken strips in the box!
Really nice staff. It could be cleaner inside the restaurant but I think this location is understaffed.

Drive thru is extremely slow. Twice now in the last couple of weeks we’ve left the drive thru line after about 15 mins because it barely moves.
The staff is pleasant but I ordered a hamburger and it was overcooked. It was dry as a bone. Fries were good though.

I've ordered from here a few times and more often than not my blizzard is not made correctly. I just ordered a royal blizzard and half of it is just vanilla ice cream and there's no fudge in the middle. Disappointed especially since it's not exactly cheap for a royal blizzard. I'm going to Brewster down the road, atleast you get what you order.
The drive thru was extremely slow but I understood and waited due to how everywhere is under staffed currently. However, when the drive thru worker was taking our order, he was acting extremely rude and unprofessional and in the end, he asks if I want to donate through rounding up, when I said no thank you, he then asks me “are you sure?” I started laughing at how ridiculous the situation was and said yes. ? Although I said yes, he continued to round up my order when I came up to the window. I’m not worried about the 60 cents he rounded up without my permission, but more of the disrespect and embarrassing insistency. It made me realize that the so called donations may be their tips since he was so desperate for it and even added it in my payment when I said not to 2x. My order was also made incorrectly but I didn’t bother telling them to fix it because their employees clearly hate their job and just want to make money by sitting down doing nothing. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in the food. Wont be going to this DQs again for sure.
Friendly staff. I've never eaten there but I sure have gotten a few blizzards & they're great! Especially the NY cheesecake!
