Food was not as fresh as other Chipotle restaurants I have visited. Employees were fast and friendly. Entrance was very slippery.
This is the best customer service location, had small issue with an order but the managers Delaney and Cheryl took care of it right away. They did an excellent job and I will be back for more food!
I ordered online for a 6:10 pickup. Place was packed and food wasn’t out until 6:42. Unacceptable with keeping that many people in one place for so long. Looked like 6 employees and only 1 was making the Mobil orders. Please reconfigure your staffing model or ordering system. Horrible experience.
Beware ordering online through this location. Placed a lunch order recently, received an email confirmation, and they told me they had no record of my order when I got there. I couldn't get internet access on my phone there to bring up the confirmation email, and the staff was completely clueless. I left disgusted and had to file a complaint through customer service on the website to get my money refunded.
Well seasoned and well balanced food, would come back again.

I had to add another protein for $3.30 to get the correct amount of protein in the burrito bowl.
It is a Chipotle, so you kind of know what is coming! We did a to go order for 7 people. Every meal was correct. Food was very warm after the 10 minutes drive home. Restaurant was clean, workers friendly and working hard.
