You guys make food like you’re mad at the customer for ordering. Very sloppy most times I come here, and to top it off the woman handing you your order is so impatient and just looks miserable.
Burger wasn't made with the corn chips that was on the advertisement ?. We were looking forward to the crunchy part of the burger.
Do I really need to say much. Did you ever drive by and smell the burgers? Yum good stuff. But in moderation of course.
Delicious! I recently took a taste test and compared BK to a west coast establishment In The Box... I was told they're better. NOT EVEN CLOSE, they can stay there, BK all day hands down!
It's Burger King and it's always the same but they need to be more aware of the quality of fried food they give. Every time lately that I've gotten onion rings, they have been junk! But for fast food their fish sandwich is pretty good.
Thier not to bad for a fast food restaurant these days! They are quick and they get my order right usually ????
It was so nice of her to give me 2 bottom buns, bc i try to avoid seeds where I can. Chicken e as hot and crispy..you can tell they used white meat chicken.
They are always, slow, slow, slow. Dont go if you are in a hurry. They have new staff everytime I go. They are always joking and laughing inside and not helping to get customer orders out. They definitely need more supervision in there. Only go if you really got time... to WAIT
What if you are in the area shopping and your kids are getting really hungry. Take a quick stress break and zip over to Burger King. A clean good choice. Kid friendly with eat-in or take-out. The crew in Webster will take care of the hungries. When everyone are satisfied, get back to the important business of shopping. For the menu, service and price performance it is an easy five star selection.
Where to begin. So many places here in town could take a lesson from the crew working PM shift on 1/10/22. These guys put the guest first. There seems to be a newer male manager there with long hair and glasses. He was super friendly and reminded me to drive safely as I left and headed into the white out storm. These are the things that have made all of my business thrive. I miss this type of kind service. It should go without saying that when dealing with food service you need a staff capable of handling stress and yet able to be friendly to people as they have chosen your establishment over others. Also the young man who had the orange shirt on who humbly said he was new up front and sorry for the wait when I haven’t waited even 30 seconds. That means he actually has my i test at heart. So many places simply don’t. They want you out and don’t care about the product they produce. Where this really got good was when I had the food. It was hot and thick. Perfect. The shakes were made perfectly. The jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks were fried up just right and they weren’t old. They made them in 3 minutes while we waited. The experience was a great one and you guys are killing it. Thanks again. Keep it up hard rd BK!!!!!
