Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. The staff is disrespectful, the owner treats his staff like they're slaves and yells at them in front of the customers, they charge for every little thing including dressings and sauce and even bread rolls other restaurants give you for free. It is an absolute unfortunate experience at this restaurant.
We had steak and eggs this am. It was good. Our server is a favorite of my folks. She remembers all their details including what they normally want. She was really sweet. The steaks were great with a little A1 sauce. That should tell you all you need to know. Eggs toast and home fries were yummy. TYSM!
The place was super busy and yet we received hot and delicious food and top notch service! It was clear to see that they were understaffed but everyone there was hustling and doing their very best to accommodate everyone in the restaurant. They're efforts were noted and greatly appreciated by this observer!
Being from the Southwest I know my Chicken Fried Steak. In this area Atlantic has the best Chicken Fried Steak that I have come across. Have been eating there for 20+ years and never gotten anything that wasn't well done. Portions above average, prices very reasonable and service is great. Very extensive menu which makes it possible of fine something you would like. Eat there often for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But now mostly for dinner.
Last nite 12 of us had dinner at the Atlantic. The two waitresses were great and the fpod was delicious. All our meals came out together.
Very expansive menu and to quote my wonderful wife, "diners are great because everyone gets what they want". I ordered their BLT with pasta chicken soup and a root beer. The others at my table had a frittata, greens & beans and an omelet. Great service, hot & tasty food, good size portions and the bill was very reasonable. Definitely will return!
I have been coming to the Atlantic for over 10 years. It has always been a nice experience. The menu is huge, you can order breakfast foods during dinner time, and the serving sizes are generous. I prefer the seafood, and daily specials. I would avoid the red sauce and fish fry's
New Year's Eve and we had an early dinner so we could spend the evening at home. It has been a while since we last ate at Atlantic. Being Friday the specials menu was filled with fish choices. I opted for the Captain's platter. The shrimp and scallops were nicely sautéed in a garlic butter. The whitefish was gently broiled and very nice. The wife had the corn beef Ruben with seafood bisque. Both were excellent. Service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Next time I think we need to leave room for the scrumptious looking desserts.
So I ordered a double of cauliflower and I got 4, a double ordered of pizza logs got 4. So my wife ordered chicken and biscuits and when it came out it was not hot. The meat was cold and biscuits as well. My salad had only 4 croutons and one tomato. The waitress didn't know the specials, and also was in a rush to take within 2 mins of getting here. No chance to see the full menu. They need better cooks and waitress.
Incredible selection of food. Good portions. Friendly staff. Clean! Good prices. What more could you ask for!!
