Food was great for the most of a party of 8. Waitress went on break with out letting us know. Manager took care of Bill for the one that got messed up.
The appetizer was pretty good. The drinks seemed to lack enough alcohol, and the chicken breast was not that great. My wife actually thought it was a plant-based product and not actually chicken. The service was ok.
Ordered the loaded waffle fries and they were legitimately cold the sauce had hardened and it was just not good. My husband got a burger that didnt come with jalapeños but had the top of a pepper under his cheese, no other peppers just that. The staff was pretty hostile with each other also, just made the experience a little weird on top of the bad food. My mothers fish fry was okay but she ended up using a lemon from her drink because the waiter took so long to bring some.
For first time in many visits food came out hot. All was good but they over cooked hamburger. The $5 drinks were so sweet they almost hurt teeth to drink.
The appetizer came out with the food as did the table next to us. Not sure if he was ringing them in at the same time or the kitchen really was messing up. He delivered our bill before my boyfriend even got his food. His food came out 20 minutes after everyone else was done eating and his food was still on the bill. The manager is the one that ran the food and knew it wasn't what he ordered. We never saw her again until we requested a manager. She stated we got the wrong bill and had the server bring us the correct bill. Slow service and slow food. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt as the server seemed new and overwhelmed with 3 tables. We still left him a hefty tip. It will be a while before we go back though.
My meals cost $6.00 more than the website says. I think you should update the prices on your website. I don't mind leaving a tip when I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. They deserve it, not the restaurant.
It all really depends on when you go how your experience will be in my opinion. I've gone there for lunch and had horrible service but the times I've gone there for dinner I'm treated like a human being, service is fabulous, my meal is warm and edible. So while I prefer Uno's (what I call big kid Applebee's lol) this place isn't really all that bad.
Grilled chicken with sauted shrimp is the best!! Got a steak for my better half and it didn't disappoint! Love their mashed potatoes!
Every time I have gone here. The service had been great, they are friendly, and they get your food to you rather quickly.
Omg server's Nicole and Ryan were awesome!! And bartender Patty was amazing we are going to do a sister/daughter date there once a month
