Horrible service, stood in line as it was to the door for 10 minutes. Finially got to the counter to give my order and was told they had to take care of the door dash orders first. There was no one behind me. Stood there for 5 more minutes while I placed my order online while not once being asked if I was ready to order. Cashier should be fired.
Food was cold yet still slightly satisfying. Pretty much a typical experience from most Wendy's, these days.
Very unprofessional fast food service I at least twice a week at random while I do my uber delivery stop by a fast food restaurant skip the line for a pick up an pay for 1 or more order behind me out of generosityan at this time I was only skipping the line to pay for an older lady an a babys order an the older lady with glasses at the window before I could even speak spat out rude like you need to circle around to the order box when I told her why I skipped she shut the window an walked away with her toung out very unprofessional
Because the lobby is only open certain times. Because, no one wants to work and they split their employees with the Fort Drum restaurant, this one has sadly went downhill.
Chicken sandwich was good but their fries have gone way downhill. Sad that in 2022 they have a rewards program but you can't scan the receipt with the app to get points.
Fast. Polite employees. Hamburg tasted like a giant raw onion, fries tasted like they weren't completely cooked-
I bought a salad at there 2weeks ago. But it's so terrible. My wife & me were disappointed so much wendy's salade.
