Great service, great food, great overall experience for our first time being there. I just would not recommend getting anything from the bar I was so excited to have a mixed drink for all three of the ones I ordered to not be that great. Appetizers, meal and dessert were phenomenal though.
The bartender Caitlin was friendly, interactive and efficient, we really enjoyed her service. Opted for the Buffalo Chicken Tender Dinner which hubby and I split. For us it was plenty of food and we agreed it was the best chicken tenders we’ve ever had. Thanks for a great experience while we are traveling!
Tully's is unique and known for their tenders. The tenders are amazing.The most recent visit, not so much. I understand the industry is struggling with food supply, but the tenders used to be much larger and much more filling. Prices went up. Portions went down. Service was good. Not sure why the table next to us got popcorn and out party of six did not.I wasn't dissatisfied with my recent visit. It just wasn't what it used to be, but then again, nothing is.
My biggest complaint was how salty everything was. Waitress took 20 minutes to give drinks. Yes I understand the shortage of staff! Waitress brought out popcorn and it was the saltiest I’ve ever tasted. When I asked her about fresh popcorn because it was too salty her response “well no one else has complained about it”. I ordered chicken tenders and steak with fries and coleslaw. The chicken tenders were the best I’ve ever tasted! The steak was salty and the coleslaw had no flavor. I ordered gravy with the fries and that tasted like Heinz out of the jar and salty too! If you want to eat there definitely get the chicken tenders and honey mustard dipping sauce. It was our first time there and probably the last.
Air conditioning was to cool and drafty to enjoy meal. Spoke to waitress and it was immediately addressed. After a short time she checked to make sure if we were comfortable, and we were.
Nice big bar. Good atmosphere. Chicken tenders are delicious with the honey mustard sauce. Great prices too
Fabulous family dinner! Service was a little slow but friendly, and the food was very well done. The chicken tenders were crisp and chicken was still moist .
This was my first time at a Tullys Restaurant. The chicken tenders/fingers are a specialty and we were not disappointed. This is a sports bar with a huge amount of TVs and also a very large menu. They have several menu items that are made fresh daily on the premises. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely eat here again.
Order the infamous chicken tender dinner & surprisingly to my eyes when they came out, they were like the size of chicken wings. I was completely shocked & I've never experienced this at any of the Tully's in the Syracuse area. As a courtesy, the mgr brought out 3 additional ones which was a nice gesture, but they really don't taste the same warmed up.
When they say "Home of the Best Chicken Tenders on Earth" they are not kidding! The grandchildren LOVED them (even the leftovers they had the next day.) Husband had the Jambalaya Pasta (has chicken, shrimp & sausage in it), he said it was excellent. Even the 9 & 5 yrs old grandsons helped grandpa eat the leftovers. We don't live locally, but will definitely make an effort to get back to Tully's, especially because we didn't try any if the desserts!
